Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow corporate, leisure, travel, and group accounts.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and prepare proposals and contracts.
Negotiate rates and packages to meet revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track sales activities, update CRM, and monitor market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
