JOB DESCRIPTION
Identifying and establishing new customers with new sales opportunities from Hotels & Restaurants/ Hospitals & Specialty clinics/Diagnostic Clinics. Initiating action plans to approach and secure new businesses for the Division
Proactively generate leads and work with the team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients such as Hotel/ Hospital Executives and Purchasing Managers
Promotion of products and creation of demand to targeted clients.
Analyzing given areas and creating a necessary plan for both existing and new clients. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements.
Achieving Sales Targets both in Peso Value and Quantity Target monthly, quarterly & annually. Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management
In cooperation with the Sales Management team, contribute to overall marketing strategy for revenue-earning platforms.
Participate actively in the annual company strategic plan by way of market intelligence including structured quality customer feedback and user intelligence to aid new developments.
Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy
Managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Submits all required reports to meet the deadline

JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least any Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Allied Medical Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Required Skills: Sales Ability, Territorial Management, People Management Skills, Targeting sales & market data.
Preferably with 2 years of Sales Experience in the Hospitality Industry
With experience in negotiations with Purchasing Managers
