With at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing of construction materials/ hardware or construction industries

willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan

Job Description:
Possesses a complete and accurate knowledge of company`s products and services to sell.
Identifies and lists prospective customers.
Prepare Project Sales Plan - indicating sales target per month.
Identifies customer needs which company products can fill.
Provides product brochures and conducts product presentations.
Secures documents for the credit line application of customers.
Ensures continuing accreditation of existing customers.
Prepares and submits sales quotations/proposals toprospective customers, and undertakes activities necessary to secure a Purchase Order/Sales Contract.
Ensures that Purchase Order/Sales Contracts contain all relevant information including product code, quantity, selling price, discounts (if any), delivery dates and location, and terms of payment.
Prepare and submits a Weekly Project Sales Status/Accomplishment Report.
Keeps himself or herself informed of the status of customer's orders, and make himself/herself available to respond (in collaboration withuniDOOR internal team i.e., PMG, Credit and Collection) to any queries/complaintsfrom customers.
Practices 5S in the workplace.
Safeguards/protects the company's image.
Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
