SAFETY & SECURITY MANAGER
Location: Panglao, Bohol
 
We are currently seeking a seasoned Safety and Security Manager to uphold and enhance the safety standards of our esteemed resort.
 
Position Overview:
 
As the Safety and Security Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and security management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Security Operations:
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
Supervise and train security personnel to ensure the highest standards of security are maintained.
Monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents.
Emergency Response Planning:
Create and update comprehensive emergency response plans.
Conduct regular drills to ensure staff readiness for emergencies.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Perform routine risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential security threats.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address safety concerns.
Collaboration and Communication:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Communicate effectively with resort management and staff regarding security updates and measures.
Guest and Employee Safety:
Oversee the implementation of safety protocols for guests and employees.
Provide guidance on personal safety practices and awareness.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and security management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Thorough understanding of security systems, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are desirable.
