ELJ BUILDERS Inc. came into full existence in the construction industry on the year 1989. A family corporation owned and managed by a hardworking and proficient man who further acquired his knowledge and expertise in the field during his stint in the reputable real estate and construction companies, Aboitiz Real Estate and Construction division and the Gorones Development Corporation, both subsidiary companies of Aboitiz & Company Inc. respectively.
 
The company’s formation is the result of perseverance, dedication and hard work of a man driven with independence and excellence. These traits became evident when ELJ BUILDERS, Inc. still in its formative years on the time when the country experienced an economic slump brought about by natural calamities and political unrest, have survived during the early stages of its operation.

SAFETY OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
At least 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Environment Protection Act
Has a background in emergency planning and development Risk Management Policies
Knowledgeable on drafting policies and procedures pertaining to construction project site safety and environmental compliance
Has strong and effective communication and coordination among Project Managers, Project Site Engineers, Project site staff, clients, construction site workers and sub-con on site, regarding safety and related protocols.
Must be willing to travel outside Cebu Project.
