SAFETY OFFICER - MANDAUE AND CMT 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Safety Officer represents Formalum and must perform His/ Her duty with utmost integrity and must exercise total professionalism at work.
Reports directly to the Project in Charge.
Plan and implement OSH policies & programs.
Assist and lead workers on various safety-related protocols
Conduct risk assessment
Monitor if workers are complying and adhering with safety rules and regulations.
Preparation and presentation of report to determine cause on incidents, accidents and violations.
Oversee workplace repair, installation and any other work hazards.
Work with subcontractors to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
Submit regular report on the safety performance of subcontractor's work.
Requirements
Graduate of any course
Preferably with training/s in Construction Occupational Safety and Health
Preferably with experience in Construction Industry
Experience working in Glass and Aluminum Company is an advantage.
Pro-active, strong leadership skills, management, planning, excellent communication skills, computer literate.
With at least 2 years of working experience
