Required skills & qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably technical, engineering or medical background is an advantage.
With BOSH/COSH training DENR/LLDA trained PCO is advantage.
Work experience from logistics industry would be advantage. Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts regular health and safety walk-throughs, audit, and risk assessment.
Ensure that all site personnel adhere to Safety Policy and/or Site's OSH program
Conducts HSSE orientation/training for all site personnel including
subcontractors and visitors
Prepare, update and submit Safety and compliance reports
Monitor and report the status of corrective action or improvements on the audit findings
Facilitate emergency preparedness and response activity such as fire evacuation, earthquake drills, etc.
Represent his/her facility in the Safety Committee meeting, seminar, and planning activity.
Assist government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs. Supports in the implementation of DENR, DOLE - OSH requirements and PEZA Safety compliance
Act as a liaison officer in the submission of regulatory reports.
Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and inspection reports.
Assist in the ISO implementation.
Promote a culture of quality awareness and excellence across the organization.
