SAFETY OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
A graduate of Nursing, Engineering, or any related course
DOLE certified with at least 2 years experience as Safety Officer
Must possess a valid basic occupational safety and health training certificate
Must be willing to do fieldwork, and work on an extended schedule
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor work activities and ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations
Inspect work areas to determine if there are any safety hazards
Must comply with legal requirements on Health and Safety (Department Order No.13)
Implements site safety manual and programs
Recommend and implement injury and incident prevention strategies
Conducts investigations for safety-related incidents or accident

Salary Range: 20,000 - 28,500
