SAFETY OFFICER (WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establish health and safety committees
Develop health and safety programs and policies
Involves working to deadlines and ensuring that all departments of the organization are following the safety protocols
Create safety programs appropriate in the day-to-day activity within the company
Implement and maintain safety standards and regulations
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures Initiate and organize health and safety training of employees and executives
Carrying out inspections of workstations and takes necessary action to ensure compliance
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Respond and investigate to employees health and safety concerns/complaints
Respond and investigate accidents or injuries occur in the workplace
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 1 year experience
With oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficient
Good analytical skills, leadership skills and can do multi-tasking
With BOSH Certification for Safety Officer
