MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc. is looking for a Safety Officer (SO2).
Qualifications:
Must have completed the 40-hour BOSH Training for SO2 accredited by DOLE.
Preferably a graduate of Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related course.
With relevant experience in occupational safety and health (construction or industrial setting is an advantage).
Knowledgeable in OSH standards, DOLE regulations, and workplace safety protocols. Skilled in conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Proficient in preparing safety reports and compliance documents.
Strong communication skills; able to conduct orientations and safety trainings.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of implementing safety programs effectively.
Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site when required.
Can work under minimal supervision and coordinate with management, employees, and contractors.
