Description
* Safety Officer
To develop, implement and promote occupational safety and health programs in the workplace.
To advise and assist the employer in complying with the provisions of the Standards, especially in the submission of the reporting requirements
To perform at least a quarterly appraisal/ assessment of the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in the workplace
To prepare and annual report of safety and health programs of establishments
To be present during the scheduled safety inspections by authorized government agents and as requested during regular health and safety committee meetings.
To prepare mandatory reports for compliance to be submitted to government agencies.
Qualified SO3 with training certificates.
Strong personality, physically fit, strong communication skills

-Prepares Maternity salary differential
-Regular monitoring of EE on sick leave
-Responsible for EE clearance on sick leave,
emergency leave w/out notice
-Monitoring of HMO, HMO Enrollees/deletion
-Prepares the semi-annual and annual medical
reports to DOLE.
-Prepares medicine inventory reports, forecast
monthly medicine requisitions
-Clinic supervision/ Doctors schedule
-Administer APE, review APE results

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
