SANTOS LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is in need of ONE (1) SAFETY OFFICER 3
 
SUMMARY: Responsible of creating, enacting, and updating job safety programs for employees that encompass government health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace; training employees on the importance of health and safety on the job.
 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
 
A) Education:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
 
B) Experience & Competencies:
Must have completed the DOLE accreditation Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training and Construction Occupational Safety Health (COSH);
Must have at least two years' experience working in a manufacturing/construction company as a health care practitioner or company nurse;
Must be very resourceful, diligent, computer literate, with good moral character and good communication skills;
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules;
Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administrations and nursing care especially on the construction site;
Knowledge of clinical and/or medical limits of care on a construction site;
Good interpersonal and people management skills;
Can work under minimal supervision.
