Utilize the Scrum process and Agile practices . Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way. . Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward. . Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of Agile practices. . Leadership reporting Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written . Managing Agile projects . Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies . Expertise in Implementing Lean Portfolio Management/ SAFe principles and best practices . Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as easyBI, PowerBI, Excel, or SSRS . Adept at managing project plans, resources, capacity planning to ensure successful project completion . Experience in helping Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand . Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions . Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives . Leadership reporting using JIRA Dashboard Reporting and Confluence. . Ability to Plan and execute Program Increments (PI), Collating and Refinement of Backlogs from various stakeholders / teams, Pre & Post PI activities Desired Experiences . PMP . Leading SAFe (SA) . Other SAFe Certifications . Master's Degree or equivalent Tools: . Good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms . Ability to Plan and execute Program Increments (PI), Collating and Refinement of Backlogs from various stakeholders / teams, Pre & Post PI activities . Expertise in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint and Confluence . Experience using JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Dashboard reports . Expertise in Microsoft Excel/Analyzing data .
