As a new member of the team, the candidate will be applying their knowledge of REST API's, scripting, technical writing, IT helpdesk knowledge, and the firm's processes and procedures. Primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining integrations, workflows/RPA's, and knowledge bases for a conversational AI system used by multiple organizational units within the firm. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders from across the company to understand workflows and transfer them to automated processes in an AI chatbot. Good understanding of a broad range of technical infrastructure and technical processes is paramount to understand the workflows and transfer them to automation. Required Skills: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent 2+ years of software development experience with javascript, python or other scripting languages Knowledge of REST API's and security standards (authentication/authorization) and related practices 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience (hardware/software/mobile device troubleshooting) A passion for problem solving and seeking a deep understanding of business processes and procedures in diverse organizational units Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the firm
