The RPA Platform Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Automation Anywhere platform, assisting users in troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operations and optimization of automated processes.
Provides technical support to users of the Automation Anywhere platform, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Automation Anywhere software, configurations, and integrations.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Automation Anywhere infrastructure, including servers, databases, and related components.
Monitors the performance and stability of the Automation Anywhere platform, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks.
Develops and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles,FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for the Automation Anywhere platform.
Collaborate with the development team to test new features, enhancements, and patches, ensuring smooth integration and minimizing any impact on existing processes.
Stay updated with the latest releases, updates, and best practices related to the Automation Anywhere platform, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and end-users.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for users, empowering them to effectively leverage the Automation Anywhere platform and its capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Business or any related courses
Minimum 2to3 years experience in the RPA environment
Strong experience in supporting and administering the Automation Anywhere platform, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or.NET
Solid understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
Familiarity with database management systems 9SQL, Oracle, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Amenable to work on a Hybrid set-up
