The lead developer is a critical role within any software development team. They are responsible for driving the development efforts to meet customer requirements and ensure that projects are completed on time.
The lead developer serves as a team leader of automation team, ensuring that developers are steered and mentored, deliver high quality projects, identify training needs etc.
This function should have technical know how to recommend an automation solution fitting the business needs of customer's or internal organization.
Qualifications
At least 2 to 3 years lead experience in RPA
Familiarity with major RPA Tools & other digitalization tools
Knowledgeable in business process analysis, RPA process design and automation best practice,
Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non-technical.
Client Management
Passionate and driven Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead to provide solutions or workarounds with regards to existing functionalities.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Technical understanding and enthusiasm in digital trends and innovations Self-motivated, organized and customer-focused
The ability to communicate concisely and with brevity. Interpersonal skills are essential to the success of this position.
Proven success as a technical team leader
A good mentor & coach
Team player, organizational talent, self-responsibility
Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business requirements
Amenable to work in shifting schedule and hybrid set-tup
