Description
Primary Role:
- Manage and lead a team of developers in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes software implementation, documentation and performance testing.
- Acts as a release manager by tracking and approving the projects for deployment
- Provide time estimates for projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Support programs developed for internal customers and develop and implement web applications when need arises
- Enhance and support existing tools and database infrastructures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant fields.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a lead or manager of software development teams (RPA).
- Experience in Robotics Process Automation (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.) is required
- Other Programming experience: ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, ASP, DOJO, C#
- Other Tools/Technologies/Skills needed: RDBMS, MS SQL 2005+, Windows environment, Visual Studio TFS; Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, SAS or others
- Certifications: ITIL or PMP is a plus.
- Background / understanding of how a contact center operates is an advantage.
- Highly organized, strong leadership and resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills both oral and in written.
- Must be willing to work in Taytay, Rizal. M-F, Night Shift Schedule
