About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Innovation Development team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
Build and support on new/existing RPA processes leveraging industry's standard and available technologies in Cloud plaform
Contribution to automated build process
Maintain and enhance existing automated workflow
Development in multiple modules and architectures, according to development best practices and current development technologies
Systems documentation and knowledgebase management for support efficiencies
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Design and conduct tests
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
About You:
At least 2 year experience in application development experience, RPA Development, and Support Activities
Experience working with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc
Experience in programming languages such as VB, Python, and/or
Can work in fast-paced environment; has experience in agile development process
Knowledgeable in object oriented analysis, design, and design patterns
Basic knowledge in SDLC
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
You can resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation
You are comfortable with code reviews
Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Education
B.S Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and training
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge on Python, Eclipse IDE, REST Services
Hands on experience in BluePrism
Knowledgeable on Support Activities on RPA
Experience and familiarity on developing with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS) and its services will be a big plus
