Resource Management & Automation Portfolio: Collaborate with the Business Analysis Team, key stakeholders, and the Business Development Team to identify and evaluate process automation opportunities. Manage the Business Solution Automation team, setting goals and ensuring timely project delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with peers, enterprise architects, and business analysts to analyze business contexts and develop products that deliver incremental business value. Communicate effectively to influence key stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
Operational Effectiveness: Ensure the BSA team adheres to the project lifecycle in Service Now, monitor incidents and requests, and validate the execution of automation actions to meet business requirements.
Leadership & Development: Develop high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and fostering a performance culture. Hire and train new developers, ensuring continuous capability building and adherence to development standards.
Security & Compliance: Manage risks related to automation development, ensuring compliance with industry and Nestlé Security Standards.
What will make you successful...
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in IS/IT design and implementation, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of application, integration, and information architecture for RPA, including K2 Smart Forms, BluePrism, Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
Proven ability to define and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with high IS/IT consumer adoption.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in a global environment with virtual teams.
