JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify existing client processes for automation and determine potential savings in comparison with current manual processes
Create process diagrams to understand the client processes
Compose feasibility studies for the clients
Provide comparative analysis between previous manual processes and automated processes
Manage ticketing system and task assignments to assigned team members and client contacts
Meet with clients and create RAX automation workflows based on their requirements
Create relevant use cases using RAX Automation Suite
Complete workflows within agreed schedule
Provide reports on customer needs, problems, and potential additions to product features and services
Coordinate with the Sales and Software Development team to relay product feature requests during meetings and support inquiries
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Continuous enhancement of product knowledge
Provide timely resolution of customer problems and product concerns
Any other work as requested by the client
