HIRING OF ROVING KITCHEN STAFF (COOK / GRILLERS)
EMPLOYMENT IN MACTAN AND CEBU AREA
=>AS GRILLER; Work on a charcoal fired grill with exhaust / fresh ; Daily routine includes fire up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check stocks and reorder, clean up station at closing;
=> AS COOK ; Work on a 4 to 6 set high pressure gas range, to cook and fry ; Daily routine includes prepare food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks , cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station .
=> The ROVING COOK will perform the duties of the regular cooks and grillers but will be a reliever during day off of the branch cooks grillers, meaning that each day he will be assigned to another branch. Personal motorbike is required to hold the position and transportation allowance is provided .
=> Split work schedule opening or closing crew, 8 hrs; Entry level kitchen personnel will be probationary but already receive allowance. After 6 months when trained and qualified allowance will further increase. You will to be cook and griller to support the kitchen team.
