Job Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare daily reports on transportation cost summary, pick-up time, number of parcels for supervisors or related parties to forecast the demand for transport vehicles support.
Support and analyze route planning, traffic flow by region, transportation between branches, and key customer transportation. To be able to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
Organize and clarify the route details with the supplier management team.
Collect requirements and problems of operations from various departments to improve the transportation strategy to be efficient and cost-effective.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related fields
Professional Experience:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the Logistics or Express industry
Others:
Good communication and coordination skills
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Flexible working hours, be able to work in night shift, overtime, and upcountry
Good analytical skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving skill
Good knowledge and understanding of transportation and logistics
Computer skills (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
