ROSTERING AND SCHEDULING MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Work in all areas of Rostering and Scheduling shifts of staff nurses, recruitment on staffing shortages, payroll preparation, staff relations and grievances.
Oversee and manage performance and wage review
Coordinate with Area Managers and candidates
Take all inbound calls and direct as needed or send email notifications to the appropriate staff member
Carry out administrative and business related tasks with Third-Party service contractors
Create manuals and guidelines to promote work efficiency
Assist the management team as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Working experience as a Manager: 2 or more years
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Deputy, Xero, and other HRIS)
In-depth knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practices
Exceptional communication and language skill to work with English native speakers
Experience using computers and systems for a variety of tasks.
Can relate to a start-up business environment
Experience in Healthcare Administration is a plus
Working Schedule:
Monday - Saturday Rotating Shifts, Australian time zones
Office commute in IT Park, Cebu City
