Job Description
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors, Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Experience as a Room Attendant preferably in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
Good English's comprehension. Additional language is an advantage.
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcome.
Friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
