Job Description
Report to the Housekeeping Department in uniform and punch in.
Pick up/sign in the designated keys/section of the cleaning assignment for the shift in the Housekeeping report; take note of all and any special instructions.
Remove assigned cart from floor pantry and begin cleaning assignment. Prioritize special guest requests and early Check-out rooms.
Follow Namariq policies and procedures when entering guest rooms.
Check the condition of rooms (missing/damaged/Lost & Found) including safe.
Remove trash, empty ashtrays, collect dirty glasses/tumbler.
Strip the bed, collect all soiled linen, towels, and wrap it and place in soil linen bag on the cart. Proceed to make the bed.
Dust guest room as per procedure and polish the doors and brass items. Replenish bedroom supplies.
Clean the stand shower, bathtub, bathroom wall, toilet bowl, and wipe it dry with rugs.
Wipe the bathroom floor with the approved multipurpose cleaner.
Replenish bathroom supplies and amenities. Adjust the A/C button (Check-out rooms).
Vacuum the carpet, window, and bathroom. Secure door lock and update the room cleaning report.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary related course
