Job Description
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and toiletries, ensuring that all items are fresh and in good condition for guest use.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Intermediate proficiency in English is required; ability to understand and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
