Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferably engineering graduate.
At least year of exposure to manufacturing set-up
Must have 1-3 years' essential work related experience and knowledgeable in the PLC operated plant.
Ability to function in a team "Good communications skills (verbal an written)
With leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivate an have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Adhere to safe working practices, housekeeping and standard operating procedures in the production.
Responsibilities:
Assist Shift Miller in a day to day operation.
Ensure all roller mills are functioning properly like scrappers an no air leaks.
Ensure uniform grinding of roller mill.
Ensure feed gates are properly aligned and roller mill are not run out of stock.
Ensure correct stocks are fed to a specific roller mill.
Ensure correct raw materials are being use.
Ensure all documentation is maintained to the specified level of requirements.
Report abnormalities observe in the mill an other machines to Miller.
