Job Description :The ICG Risk Analysis Units (IRAUs) are an integral part of the Risk organization. The IRAU s mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration as a partner to ICG Risk and Banking, Capi Job Description : The ICG Risk Analysis Units (IRAUs) are an integral part of the Risk organization. The IRAU s mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration as a partner to ICG Risk and Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory s (BCMA) shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across ICG. The Risk Analysis Administration group supports the Global Head of Risk Analysis and the Head of Transformation by owning and overseeing the ongoing administration and governance for the global IRAU organization. The Risk Analysis Administration is comprised of Business Risk Analysts who execute ongoing administration and governance activities for the global IRAU organization. These roles report directly to the Head of Risk Analysis Administration and include key responsibilities of supporting the IRAU Operating Manual, Capacity Planning, IRAU Control Assessment Tool (MCA/GRC), IRAU Training Programs, Recruitment and Social Media programs and platforms, maintaining governance documentation within intranet and collaborate sites and Sharepoint and support the IRAU Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Develop and shape a learning strategy based on IRAU s evolving Operating Manual and ICG Risk Policy Provide continuous improvement of existing programs including but not limited to new hire onboarding and credit development programming to ensure learning curve acceleration Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all training programs, curricula, and services, including technical and professional training Undertake learning needs and gap analysis, including data gathering, research, and analysis of data. Use varied instruments and techniques to support data gathering and research, such as interviewing, profiling, group process, surveys, analysis of existing data, etc. Research appropriate off-the-shelf or vendor training programs to meet select training needs, if required Build and maintain learning and development calendar Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training (i.e., strategies to measure return on investment) Partner with leaders in crafting associate learning and development plans including researching and utilizing external developmental resources Partner with peer teams within Citi to share best practices and lessons learned to enhance the learning and development programs for the IRAUs Knowledge/Experience: Prior work with a Chief Administrative Officer team in a banking or related organization (policy office) or alternately a track record of successfully contributing to project management (PMO), Familiarity with administrative policy matters including Managers Control Assessment / GRC and Citi Policies Knowledge of and/or exposure within Risk Management or Learning & Development for financial services a plus Background in training or needs assessments, instructional design, and delivery for multiple modalities (e.g., classroom, self-paced, virtual). Experience working across regions, cultures, geographies required. Experience in large matrixes and a multinational organization is preferred. Skills/Competencies: Attention to detail is a critical skill for this role Proven ability to execute multiple projects and workstreams to tight deadlines Team player with the ability to work well across borders and silos Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills including experience with the internal ICG Templates and with financial modeling Qualifications: BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA), Finance or any other related subject Job Family Group: Risk Management Job Family: Business Risk & Controls Time Type: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
