GIAM Operations mana Job Description : Organization Background Global Identity and Access Management Administration (GIAM) Operations is an organization within Citi Information Security Office (CISO) with over 700 employees located across the globe. GIAM Operations manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees/contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM Operations works in partnership with other GIAM and CISO organizations to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues. Job Summary Global Identity and Access Management Administration (GIAM) Operations manages role-based entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees in Citi Business Applications and Infrastructure Systems. GIAM Operations opens opportunities for analysts who are looking to build a career in Information Security. This position requires the individual to operate within a team environment and work closely with other groups within the business and throughout Citi. Individuals are responsible for developing data security policies as well as safeguarding of information, evaluating existing data security procedures and identifying new areas of risk, ensuring the execution of directives over various disciplines and set direction on Information Security, manage and implement a framework whereby control weaknesses are identified, corrective actions are planned and tracked through to completion, and provide core customer service support regarding the targeted applications and systems.
