We are looking to hire a Rockstar Excel and Google Sheet Expert, and ideally with some knowledge of MySQL to join our team.
This person will help with data entry, analyzing and creating Excel and Google sheet reports, automating processes as well as doing other tasks such as research, working with multiple departments of the business and other admin assistant duties.
We want to develop a long-term relationship with a person that is positive, meticulous, a team player and committed to the success of the company.
Requirements
Learn and move fast
Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Strong analytical skills
Excellent English both spoken and written
Ability to write Macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables, Script and everything else that is required to automate the creation of a customized report in both Excel and Google Sheet.
Good Knowledge of Shopify, Google API and MySQL
Think outside of the box when solving complex challenges
Communicate effectively, providing regular feedback and using initiative to ensure optimal results
