The Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cebu team at our Mactan Newtown office. While this role involves providing support for U.S.-based clients via telehealth technology, it is not a work-from-home position. You will be working from our local office, collaborating closely with caregivers, healthcare providers, and office staff to ensure top-notch care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prior Authorizations & Renewals: Process prior authorizations for client services, ensuring timely renewals and approvals.
Nurse Check-ins: Conduct check-ins with caregivers and clients remotely, monitoring health status and adherence to care plans.
Care Plan Updates: Review and update client care plans, ensuring they align with the most current health needs and regulatory requirements.
Client Assessments: Perform remote health assessments and report findings to the supervising RN or office team.
Collaboration: Work alongside U.S.-based teams to coordinate care, provide healthcare guidance, and address client needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and reports using digital health platforms.
Team Participation: Actively engage in team meetings and case conferences to ensure the best care outcomes.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (local or U.S. equivalent preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, home care, or related fields.
Experience with prior authorizations, care coordination, and healthcare protocols.
Proficient with telehealth technology and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
Full-time position (40 hours per week) based in our Mactan Newtown office.
