Job Description
Leads the strategy management, including environmental scanning and competitor analysis, strategic business analysis, strategic planning facilitator across divisions and strategy articulation. Is also in-charge of leading the team in product innovation and business development. Customer insighting and market innovation, organizational development and change management as well as digital business transformation.
MANDATE:
Leads insight-generation that cuts across all regions and channels for both Offline and Online through both internal sources (i.e. profiles/data from EDO, AMP) and external sources (i.e. Customer researches, Consumer Trends, Immersion).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Consolidates and analyzes sales reports and translates them into weekly and monthly reports for Cadences, Mancom meetings, WORs and MORs.
-Works with RLMs in analyzing and interpreting data that can be used as a tool for insighting in each region and channel.
-Contributes in the translation of insights to principles and strategies to build the ideal Regional Postpaid business
-Assists the RLMs in developing Regional Business Strategies, as well as the overall RLM budget, forecasting and outlooking processes
-Manages all regional business review decks and leads the deep-dives on the critical issues (i.e. Weekly Dashboards, Monthly Regional Review, Quarterly Business Review, Quarterly Program Alignment)
-Works hand in hand with Brand Integration Manager to ensure that all data are aligned and accurate.
