RISK AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any Business-related course
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Must have auditing skills/background
Must be able to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Responsibilities:
Conduct Floorwalk, ISMS, BCMS, Foxtrot, and joint assessments (ICC and CDP) to BPO projects and support groups
Work with functional leads/service delivery leads/SPOCs, in tracking action plans defined for non-conformances cited
Implement plans and strategies designed and developed for rolling out Risk and Compliance initiatives
Support Compliance Team in deploying PDC-wide initiatives
Manage internal and external compliance engagements
Prepare for ISO Certification and Surveillance Audit preparations
Perform end-to-end assessment activities from planning to closure of findings
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required information for regular reports in audit
