Job Description
REPORTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
» Directly reports to area ROWSA manager and receiving necessary guidance thereof; provides direct support on right of way or access, permitting, site acquisition requirements to assigned cluster implementation agent and/or head rolling out fiber optic projects specifically Optical Distribution Networks within assigned clustered municipalities or cities passing through barangays and subdivisions in order to ensure alignment of a respective targets and timely accomplishment of project deliverables
ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND REPRESENTATION
» Assists managers or contractors in attending council sessions, technical conferences and other official functions in complying with the permitting or clearance, right of way or access, site acquisition, documentations and other government regulatory requirements to ensure and allow project implementation, operations and maintenance of the company within a given target or timeline; assists contractors to negotiate, troubleshoot or settle issues arising from hard to acquire sites aimed at securing approval for project implementation on areas as per sales endorsement
PROJECT MONITORING AND COORDINATION
» Monitors everyday progress and accomplishment of contractor's ROWSA counterpart engaged in end-to-end application and securing of necessary permits, clearance, right-of-way or access approval for various fiber optic cable projects of the company; regularly conducts meetings, coordination works with implementation and engineering staffs, agents for updates, inputs or supports in connection with the necessary right of way or access, site acquisition, permitting, negotiation, settlement and documentation needed or required to ensure continuity of project implementation as well immediate on-site settlement of any issues affecting the project
IN-HOUSE SITE ACQUISITION AND OTHER LEGWORKS AND FUNCTIONS
» Conducts direct hunting, negotiations and acquisition of sites or spaces for various types of Central Office (CO) or node required for the fiber optic projects of the company; assists in the preparation and finalization of Memorandum of Intent and/or Acceptance and Contract of Lease as well as in verifying or validating property documents of property owners and other pertinent documents covering sites utilized for CO or node; assists in the permitting and right-of-way requirements for backbone, uplink, micro trenching, HFC, and various special projects as necessary
PROJECT DOCUMENTATIONS

» Handles and maintains tracker and other files or documents for various reporting purposes in connection with project roll out; assists in processing project closure documentations following company standards

Qualifications

» Must have a bachelor's degree in any Business Course
» With at least 3-6 years of working practice in Telecommunication Industry engaged in Site Acquisition, Right of Way and Permitting Works
» expertiseable in handling Documentations, Permits, Right of Way or Site Acquisition Works, Government Regulations and Local Governance Negotiations
» With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (Manual and Automatic Transmission)
» Preferably local resident of Cebu City or nearby areas
