RF OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities :
Reconcile the new Site's configuration parameters and optimize the site in order to commercialize without interfering with the present serviceand know how to guide the Drive test engineer to troubleshooting.
Familiar with daily network optimization workflow, experience in completing regional optimization independentlyegeg. cluster owner.
Be familiar with the calculation of back-end KPI formula and value, analyze and locate the problem of network performance, and give corresponding optimization advice.
Have a certain understanding of the overall performance of the network, know access, handover, interworking, customer experience (master one or two of them)
Support 2G/3G/4G/5G Optimization efforts for various projects.
Strong learning ability 
Knows SSV, OSS, and KPI
Familiar with ZTE EMS is preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE) or any related Engineering Course
At least 2 - 5 years of experience working in a Telecommunication Company as an optimization engineer is a must and preferred
Has good communication skills verbal and written
