• Must be BS Electronics Engineer or equivalent, MSEE is preferred
• 5-10 years demonstrated experience in RF / Microwave integrated product design
• Strong background in RF transceiver / frequency converter development, performance criteria, measurement techniques and test instrumentation
• Ability to follow standard practices and procedures and to propose improvements
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record interacting with and presenting to both senior management and customers
• Highly detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
• High level of energy with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be results-driven
• Prior experience leading and/or managing an RF & Microwave Engineering team desired as well as prior hands-on RF & Microwave design experience in the area of wideband transceivers.
• Willing to be assign at NCR/Cebu Area.
