Position Title: Revit Operator
Salary Grade: 32,000 - 42,000 PHP monthly
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule : 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Create accurate and detailed Architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit or similar software
Develop floor plans, foundation plans, elevations, sections, details, electrical schematics, plumbing riser diagrams, realistic 3d rendering, interior and exterior for our construction projects
Ensure that all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the drawings
Participate in project meetings and make changes as needed
Assist in developing and maintaining drawing standards, templates, and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating Architectural drawings for construction projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Lumion, SketchUp or similar software
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
