Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of 3D Modelling experience
Revit Expert
Experience working for an Australian company is preferred
Experience in Housing Projects (single detached houses drafting) is preferred
100% Instruction comprehension
What will be expected from you:
Transform build concepts into well-designed 3D models and plan sets
Expertise in creating 3D Walkthroughs
Open to minor changes every now and then -- based on the standard designs (adjusting it depends on how the clients would like it)
Can start from scratch drafting
Can manage documentation
Well versed in navigating and exploring the potentials of Revit
Comfortable on doing impulsive change, suggesting ideas and owning it
