The Drafter will create or check technical drawings and designs for projects by computer-aided design. He or she has strong computer skills and knowledge in design software. He or she has excellent numerical and analytical skills.

The Responsibilities:
Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Check the detailing of the drawings.
Prepare detailed structural drawings using Revit software.
Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Communicate with engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings.
Prepare and review alongside the design team.
Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations.
Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Perform other related duties as required.
The Requirements:
2 - 3 years experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role.
Knowledge in construction and interior design.
Proficient in Revit and/or other design software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and can work with less supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
The Work Set-Up:
Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Day shift (8am - 5pm)
The Salary Offer:
Php 30,000 to 40,000 per month
The Location:Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
