Description
The Revit Drafter will assist in modeling, rendering, constructability and other coordination efforts for the VDC department. The role will support projects in active and preconstruction status.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Modeling, overlays, renderings, animations, and other drafting (as needed)
• Coordination, including constructability reviews and clash detections
• Data export, including quantity takeoffs and coordination exhibit generation
• Clash report issuance and participation during coordination meetings
Job Requirements:
• Must speak, read and write fluent English
• 3+ years of Revit and Navisworks experience
• 1+ years of AutoCAD experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents (2-years minimum professional experience)
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years working in Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field
• Able to read construction plans and translate to 3D modeling
• Basic understanding of commercial building systems, including structural, architectural, and MEP-LV
• Proficient or Knowledgeable with the following software programs: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, BlueBeam
Work Schedule: 11pm-8am (Monday to Friday)
