JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cuts excess bias or trims all hanging threads within the garment after a sewing operation.
2. Meets the manual operation target quota.
3. Counts the quantity per bundle prior to or while trimming.
4. Randomly checks for any sewing or material defects in the beginning, middle and in the last few pieces of the bundle.
5. Accomplished and submits the daily individual report based on the actual output for the day.
6. Records all pertinent data of output for the day on individual record notebook.
7. Indicates the first name's initial and surname on the left portion of the ticket for proper identification of repairs and for recording purposes.
8. Checks the quality of work to ensure quality output.
9. Reports to line leader any problem encountered while trimming to immediately correct the root cause of the problem at the least possible time.
10. Reports to line leader any discrepancy in stock numbers and size of the bundle vs. ticket to help the line leader check and correct it at the least possible time thus preventing on-hold bundles.
11. Conducts regular quality checks of the garments while trimming.
12. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
