Who are we searching for...
An experienced Revenue Cycle Management to assist our billing services team process home health and hospice claims to all insurance payors for all lines of business including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, and Commercial plans. Will ensure timely payment posting, reporting, and invoicing for our clients. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for client communications, performance updates, and providing consultative support of our software to our clients.
What you will do...
Performing daily billing and posting activities for all assigned client
Performing accounts receivable analysis for all clients to maximize client cash flow
Reviewing pre-billing activities in client software to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities
Process monthly invoices and reviewing for accuracy
Engaging clients to ensure appropriate communications are maintained
Entering and responding to Help Desk service tickets
Providing suggestions for process, systems, and service improvements

What you bring...
Home Health Billing experience required
Home Health and Managed Care billing experience a plus
Bachelor's degree required
Superior customer service and attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic setting.
Applicants must be willing to work in the night shift schedule
