Job Purpose:
To input and validate correct charges before issuing invoices directly to customers based on different criteria e.g. rate sheet/QT/shipment details and invoicing pattern for Export and Import shipments.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute invoice entry using General Work Instruction and applicable country template.
Verification of correct charge codes, quotation and shipment details for Customer Billing, Internal Billing
Review and Confirm GP Planning on selected countries/customers
Raise credit note as needed after validation and approval as per set guidelines
Able to work with different system environments and high system knowledge (SaLog, BPA. QTAir and RT) in handling multiple customers and country specifications.
