Job Description:
Checks if the documents received are tallied in the encoded sales in sales system such as the invoice number, invoice customer name and the amount in the invoices
Checks if the actual cash received are tallied with the actual cash invoices
Ensures that sales documents are properly filled up by sales personnel such as Document Stock Control (DSC), Daily Remittance Report (DRR) and sales invoices
Determines and analyzes the shortage/overages
Generates reports assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
With at least 1 year of experience in revenue accounting
Good communication and presentation skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
