What you will be doing:
Assists team for ensuring pricing accuracy with third party service providers, collections from customers, and other key profit drivers
Develops reports and analyzes large sets of returns data by program to identify trends, highlight potential data integrity, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and strengthen financial controls.
Collaborates with internal teams/systems to ensure accuracy of returns information for incentive program and management reports.
Assists with the preparation of Returns Solutions monthly financial statements and supporting schedules, financial forecasts, and annual business plans.
Analyzes returns programs from multiple perspectives serving multiple stakeholders
Monitors customer Unsaleable Returns activity, requiring the use of multiple systems within ABC and Third-Party Returns Providers.
Reviews and analyzes returns programs data to identify selling opportunities for ABC sales executives and other stakeholders.
Assists with third-party return provider reporting/data inputs that drive the collection of credits from manufacturers and partnering with Finance on vendor issues.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications):
3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Reverse logistics, Inventory Management or Unsaleable Returns experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully perform program management/process responsibilities
Understands pharmacy trends and operating assumptions
Ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and to meet time sensitive deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; interacts with all levels of associates and management within and outside the organization
Strong navigation of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sources
Advanced analytical skills relative to financial tracking, building models, and profitability calculations using excel
Must have experience with extracting data from Salesforce or similar.
Working knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
