TvStartup Inc. is a software and development service for Video Creators to start their own TV channels on OTT/ConnectedTV/SmartTV devices like Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, and mobile apps. Our products have tools to support live streaming, video on demand, scheduled broadcast programming and other video management related services. Our core product is our video management software which allows video creators of all kinds to easily manage, distribute and monetize their video content online.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Retention Specialist/ Billing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Process billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Review customer accounts and prepare invoices for products/services provided.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete billing information.
Handle collections activities, including contacting customers regarding overdue payments and arranging payment plans.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing and payment-related concerns.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer communications and payment histories.
Generate regular reports on billing and collections activities to management.
Retention Specialist duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, collections, or related financial roles preferred.
Must have very clear English, no heavy accent or pausing to think of English words constantly in conversation.
Must have prior experience supporting US or Australian customers.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite at IT Park.
