JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Data extraction/gathering from various sources (EDO, SAP, myBSS, NTG, ICCBS, etc)
2. Prepare retention-related reports such as but not limited to:
- Churn report and forecast
- Recontracting subsidy report
- Recon performance tracking (actual vs budget)
- Adhoc reports
3. Coordination with Sales which includes but not limited to:
- Potential adjustments on actual data
- Churn investigation
- Raising of memoapp (if necessary)
4. Extraction of usages for renewal activities
5. Liaising with EDO/ProdMan/other data sources for 4G conversion monitoring for both Wireless and Wireline
 
1. Assists in project managing different tracks
- ensures on time execution of planned activities
- submits daily report (RYG)
2. Data extraction/gathering from various sources and plotting of data in charts for easier analysis. May include but not limited to data clean up
 
1. Data Extraction for campaigns/moments marketing - (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Labor Day Campaign etc)
2. KYC updates from campaigns, programs ((917 etc)
