Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company that retails luxury jewelry Our respected client is looking for a Retail Store Staff who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to customers while driving sales and achieving store targets. Store is based in Cebu City and work set up is Onsite.Key job responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist customers for a unique shopping experience.
Provide personalized advice on luxury products.
Help achieve store goals and manage customer data.
Follow sales procedures and maintain displays.
Handle after-sales service and inquiries.
Attend training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Key job qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
2+ years of retail and selling experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with store operations and CRM tools.
Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
Passion for luxury jewelry and brand representation.
Track record of meeting sales targets.
Able to work in Cebu City on a shifting schedule (5 days a week).
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
