RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE (LIFESTYLE EXPERT)
 
Deployment: NCR - Major and Secondary Malls, Airport, Casino
Cebu - Airport (Mactan), Malls (SM Cebu and Ayala Center Cebu),
Casino (Nustar)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to customers in the mall setting.
Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
Product Promotion:
Conduct product demonstrations and engage with customers to explain product features and benefits. Create a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and mall events to effectively position and promote our products.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory in the sales area, and ensure that all products are displayed properly and accordingly.
Compliance:
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding sales, including age verification and customer education regarding responsible use of the products.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and inventory reports. Provide feedback and insights to management regarding sales performance and customer preferences.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to share information, strategies, and best practices to maximize overall team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years in college
Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
Proven sales experience in retail or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The role may require standing for extended periods.
Able to travel for required training or events
OFFER:
Basic Monthly Salary of 20,000 - 23,000
