Job Description
Job Purpose
Successfully execute and implement the strategic plans for the segment within the agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Formulate propositions and implement programs targeting Unit-Linked customers across relevant market segments that attract new customers and generate revenue, with special focus on Investment-linked Life products (SP & RP).
Understand Unit-Linked customers via formal and informal research and develop offers and recommend relevant investment-related propositions and solutions.
Define fund roadmap and investment-related digital strategy roadmap based on identified customer needs and work closely with internal stakeholders to see through launch
Closely monitors market developments to identify opportunities and threats and device courses of action
Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders (ex. distribution, operations, etc.) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of programs
Put in place the metrics needed to ensure that performance of programs are closely monitored. Must have the discipline and rigor to understand and use the data for program analysis and next steps planning.
Work with various groups (e.g., outsourced vendors, etc) and colleagues to execute strategic plans
Product Ownership of AXA Investment-related digital tools (e.g., Investment tracker - Investment performance reporting system Goal planner functionality in Emma)

Educational Qualifications
Relevant Experience
Graduate of Business Management/Economics, Economics, Management of Financial Institutions, Management Engineering or related under-graduate course. Graduate studies (MBA, Finance) an advantage.
Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP) certification is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in Marketing, Product management, and/or Investment-support functions in financial services (e.g., Trust/Asset Management, Banks, Insurers).
Experiences in investment fund design, creation, and launch is an advantage
With strong project management skills
Good knowledge of investment processes and experience in financial industry particularly investment firms/entities.
